Space Between’s Spliced t-shirt with a piping trim is made out of up-cycled burgundy viscose knit corporate uniform waste. The ‘previous life’ garments used were the NZ Post Kakabeak 3/4-sleeve scoop neck top and long sleeve top.
The piping insert at the back is made with end of roll merino, which is made in New Zealand. This garment has two necklines made from the original/first life corporate uniforms. It is made using the spliced technique as developed by Space Between (Jennifer Whitty and Holly McQuillan).
Main fabric: 100% viscose knit (up-cycled from corporate uniforms).
Knit piping: 100% Merino (end of roll).
Garment manufacturing: Made in New Zealand by the not for profit, Earthlink Apparel.
