Space Between’s conjoined shirt is made out of up-cycled corporate uniform waste. The garment is worn loose and capelike. The previous life garments used were the NZ Post men’s ‘plain’ and ‘check’ shirts. The additional red and yellow cotton binding is made with locally sourced end of stock. This garment is made using the conjoined technique as developed at Space Between (Jennifer Whitty and Holly McQuillan).
Main fabric: 80% polyester and 20% cotton (up-cycled from corporate uniforms).
Bias binding: red and yellow woven cotton (end of stock).
Garment manufacturing: Made in New Zealand by the not for profit, Earthlink Apparel.

We advise that you wash sparingly on a cold/30 degree wash to keep this garment smiling and save water. Try to use environmentally friendly options, which do not use optical whiteners and petrochemicals since these have a negative impact on our planet and skin.
