Harita Kapur, a design graduate, has been involved with the design industry for over two decades. She has been committed to the research and development of new ideas related to design and craft, and has developed a deep understanding towards the importance and potential of design to bring change.

'Artisan's Cottage', her craft store, is an off shoot from her desire to contribute to the advancement of a sustainable and socially responsible design practice. The store has been committed to the development of new ideas in an effort to meet the emerging challenges associated with ethical and environmental principles linked with design and to create a possible solution for the livelihood of craftspeople at the grassroots level.
