Trish has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years in the areas of design, pattern-making, manufacturing and teaching. Working and consulting for many reputable fashion companies in Ireland, UK and Australia. She also successfully ran her own fashion business in Ireland where alongside running her own business she also lectured in fashion technology, pattern-making and sewing before moving to N.Z. Since moving to NZ Trish has been teaching evening classes and weekend classes in design, sewing and upcycling. More recently she has been involved in Space Between and Earthlink; exploring sustainable methods of production, working with local social enterprise organisations and approaching manufacturing and fashion waste in a new and innovative way.
